    All it might take is the balance to show today's against the bank feed's data on your dashboard. Then recording a transaction on the future date would only affect the balance as shown under the account history.

    You know all iy needs is for the balance to match today's with the bank feed.

    Then adding one in the future would be visible under banking history as a future negative balance.
