  1. Service date Sept 23. Received email invoice Oct 5th. Says due date Sept 23. Looks like bill is already 10 days past due before invoice

  3. Send invoice in a more timely manner. I received the invoice via email on 4/23/19 yet the invoice date was 2/25/19 and the due date was 3/27
