Suggestion for Simplified Client Estimate Tracking
I’ve been using QBO Estimates for managing client projects and noticed that tracking updates or revisions can sometimes get a bit complex — especially when clients ask for multiple changes. It would be great if QuickBooks could introduce a feature to track version history for estimates or allow side-by-side comparison of previous drafts.
This would help businesses (including small service providers and consultants) maintain transparency and save time during client communication.
Also, while exploring tools that simplify online management and digital record tracking, I came across Cricket ID ( https://pantherbook.in/ ) — an interesting platform that focuses on organized digital IDs and account management, which gave me a few ideas on how QBO might simplify user dashboards too.
Would love to hear how other users handle multiple estimate revisions in QuickBooks.
