I’d like to suggest adding more flexibility for custom estimate templates in QBO—especially for niche service businesses like ours in the RV space.

We operate a specialized platform in Canada that connects people with used travel trailers for sale, trusted RV dealers near me, and reliable travel trailer repair near me services. Our website, https://nearmerv.ca, offers tools and listings for users to find RV near me results and connect directly with service providers.

We often create estimates for services such as inspections, RV repairs, propane refills, and trailer upgrades. The current QBO template system feels limiting when we try to include industry-specific breakdowns (like travel trailer parts, labor types, or seasonal pricing).

Feature Request:

Allow custom fields (ex: trailer type, service category)

Enable saving multiple templates per service type

Let us embed item/service-specific terms and conditions

We’d love to see more customization options to better represent the services and format our customers are familiar with.
