I’m currently looking for leadership training programs in the Delhi NCR ( https://global.wilsonlearning.com/leadership-solutions-delhi-ncr/ ) region and would really appreciate some recommendations or reviews.

The goal is to either join a reputable program myself or suggest one for our mid-level managers who are moving into more strategic leadership roles. Ideally, we’re looking for something that focuses on real-world leadership skills — decision-making, emotional intelligence, team management, strategic thinking, and communication.

A few things I’m looking for:

Reputable institutes or trainers in Delhi NCR

Programs that are practical and not just theoretical

Suitable for both individuals and corporate groups

Any experiences with online/offline formats?

I came across names like Wilson Learning, Dale Carnegie, and FranklinCovey, but I'm still comparing options. Has anyone here gone through a Wilson Learning leadership program in Delhi NCR? How was your experience in terms of ROI and real-world application?

Also open to suggestions for any hidden gems that aren’t as big globally but are doing great work locally.
