Hello QuickBooks team, I regularly use the ‘Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online’ forum to submit ideas and share feedback in categories such as ‘QuickBooks AppTransactions’ and ‘QuickBooks Mobile Feedback Forum.’ I was glad to see updates like ‘You spoke, we listened – announcing QuickBooks Online Purchase Order improvements’ completed on August 26, 2025, as well as ‘Improving the AppTransaction,’ which is currently under review on the same date (feedback.qbo.intuit.com
).
My question is whether Intuit has plans to introduce new feedback categories focused on areas such as AI integration, advanced reporting and analytics features, or improved user interface customization. Having additional categories would make it easier for community members like me to contribute targeted suggestions and highlight practical needs that may not fit neatly into the existing sections. Could you please share whether this type of expansion is being considered? Thank you.
