I am using QuickBooks Online for small business and have found that some of the features such as detailed cash flow management and report customization do not really meet the specific needs of my industry. Has anyone on this forum submitted feedback or suggested new features that have been reviewed and implemented by Intuit? What is the average turnaround time for a suggestion? Do you have any tips or experiences to increase the responsiveness of the development team? We would love to hear from the community so we can make the most of this forum!
