I love using QuickBooks, but managing and categorizing transactions, especially in bulk can be a bit of a headache. Right now, manually updating each transaction takes too much time, and I think there's a way to make it smoother.

1. Set Rules for Automatic Categorization – Let users create simple rules so QuickBooks can auto assign categories based on payee, amount, or keywords

   1. Edit Multiple Transactions at Once – Select several transactions and update their category, tags, or class in one go
   2. Undo Button for Bulk Changes – Just in case we make a mistake, an “undo” option would be super helpful
   3. AI-Powered Smart Suggestions – QuickBooks could suggest the right category based on past activity, saving even more time
