I recently had a small trip to British Airways Cologne Office very friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions with patience. The office is pretty well-organized, offering a clean and modern design that represents a comfortable working space. I loved the promptness of the team as they made booking very easy and fast for me, no struggle at all. And it has a great location in a famous city and is near public transport. While not cheap, I cannot sing their praises enough.
