How can we improve the AppTransaction page?

I am using the ZA QBO I do not have access to "Automatically apply credits"

I have accounts that have credit balances due to over payment, I would like to automatically apply the payment that is manually recorded within QuickBooks Online (QBO).

    I have hundred of transactions per month that this option would automate, and this function is critical for me.
