It's the 21st Century and I took over an account that was active before I got here. I want to be able to see old invoices from this vendor, but your service is opaque and complicated.

Invoice Email Links Not Working.
On the email for invoices from Quickbooks Online, there's text below the invoice summary which lists the company name, address, phone, email, and website. The phone, email and website all appear as hyperlinks, but they all link to the email address only. They should ideally each link to their own respective elements.

Give me the option to pay by credit card. I only see the option to pay by bank transfer

Where did the Pay Pal option go?!
You have intermittently had issues with posting PayPal. That got better and now today again there’s no PayPal option. I reported this to biller.

please update your card entry design to avoid tricking payers to use debit card
i wasted several minutes assuming your setup was as logical as other payment systems.. typically this are CLEAR options for payment choice. On your sight I was fooled into entering charge card data into debit card fields... why.. only gasoline stations need this for people that have little or no credit... CHARGE CARD SHOULD BE FIRST DEFAULT ENTRY...
