When I select "Bank"
When I select "Bank" instead of Credit Card, your system should automatically deduct the 3.4% processing fee. It shouldn't be up to me to deduct it. I didn't even see it until after the payment was submitted.

You need to make pay
You need to make payment by credit card available online. Your billing department doesn’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I was also cut off after being on hold for almost 10 minutes waiting to make a payment.
