Do not send so many reminders (3 or 4per day!!!). It is annoying. Send just one reminder when your client has completed the final document required.

This is a great inte
This is a great interface, from what I have used of it. There are multiple ways to pay my bill and I can schedule when I want it paid (I just recognized this time). Great service.

You get my money now
You get my money now, no running to the bank, no indorsing checks, no bank bag, no employee security risks, etc... Yet, you charge me a $25.00 convenience fee. This was more convenient for you than me.

Have someone in your office like when we started so we could make our payments when we came and pay for future visits. Not everyone lives on there email I don't even want one but people like you force it on us .

When I pay an Invoic
When I pay an Invoice through Quickbooks I should immediately be able to download that invoice and have the transaction available in QBO to match a bank transaction later, namely the cc bill. In other words, one option should be DOWNLOAD INTO MY QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNT.

can you send the reminders about a week before the due date instead of a couple of days after....that way if I don't get it done when I get the first notice I won't be past due

I own Empire Sanitation, and when people get two or three months behind and they pay a bill, it needs to automatically be applied to the oldest statement because we have to go in and manually move it. It’s a pain. I do not recommend you to anyone.

Sometimes when I've
Sometimes when I've already entered my payment information, which takes time, and want to look at more details of the bill, I can't do that without losing the payment information so I have to enter it all over again.

I was not able to us
I was not able to use a credit card this time. I did not have my checking account and routing number with me to pay through my bank and I did not have my Venmo or PayPal information on me either.
