  3. It would be helpful

    It would be helpful if the payment method e.g. Visa****1234 was included on the payment receipt. It has "Credit Card" but companies can use multiple cards and sifting through the system to find which card made the payment takes time, so to have the payment method with the last four of the card would be great. Thank you!

    Received message the payment was denied.
    It was not as when I checked my bank it had already been debited. The receipt still said the amount was due.

  5. Convenience fee is B

    Convenience fee is BS and you know it. Sorry more people aren't paying by credit cards anymore, but you need to find a different way to generate revenue other than punishing people for paying their bills. Charge the business owner if anything (which I know you already do and you're double dipping). Don't charge the payee.
