Make the $25 conveni
Make the $25 convenience fee visible before payment is processed. I would not have used this for a $25 fee. I work at a bank and that is an insane fee for an ACH transaction.

We wanted to pay half up front and the rest upon completion. We got the merchant’s approval to do this. However there is no option on your form to do anything other than pay the full amount. He now has all of our money and has done no work.
