    Don't reinvent a new method, like you just did, since the other way, previously utilized, worked just fine. Now, I had to delay my payment and be late, as I was instructed on your site to contact the business for directions.

  7. Don't make me select between Credit or Debit

    Seems like this should be the default option and you shouldn't have to select between the two. I've entered info, then noticed it was on "Debit" switched to the Credit tab and it erases all my info. Consider a Debit/Credit combined option. Not sure why user has to select as an extra step when for them the experience is the same either way. Is there any way the system can be smarter about that without adding an extra step for user?

  8. Earlier invoice and higher payment option.

    Send the invoice 10 days in advance and give us the option to pay more than amount due. I like to pay ahead when I have the extra funds

  11. Let the pay button actually pay the flipping bill!!!!

    My storage bill is paid through intuit. It's supposed pay when I hit the green pay button. Worked for months and the last 2 days I've gotten an error message. If it makes my payment late YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE MY PAYMENT!!

  15. PayPal please...

    I'm all set with PayPal - anytime, anywhere. Forcing me to pay with a card means that I need to have the card with me for a transaction and must expose my personal info online with an unknown entity.

    Get set up with Pay Pal, I use them whenever available. I feel they are very secure with my info and so easy to use. Takes less time and fewer interactions with your system!
