5. This equine facility

   This equine facility has been the best throughout my week here. My horses have been well-taken care of, and I’ve appreciated the easy contact with the owner. I’ve been able to come and go as I want. I’ve ridden my horses, grazed them on their grass, and stalls cleaned daily. Hay provided and constant care with vet as well!!! Absolutely 100% will return as a client/customer.

7. I wanted the bill pa

   I wanted the bill paid today not in a month! I don't want to open an account to have to schedule a payment for today or any other day. You could make it easier by having a clarifying question to check asking " Pay today?" and then verify the date. The pay date was extremely unclear without using the "schedule a payment" which i believe required opening an account.

   I don't tip in advance, until I see the end product. I wish there was a "tIp later" box so they don't think I'm not going to tip at all. Because that will impact the final product.
