  4. Invoices either don’t load, or take forever to load. Figure out how to fix that.

    Title says it all. After looking below, it seems this is a fairly common problem, so either you aren’t working on it or can’t fix it.

  5. DROPDOWN OPTION FOR TEXT ON INVOICE - PENDING PAYMENT, OVERDUE, PICKUP READY, ETC

    It would be helpful to have a few options for the standard text that is sent with an invoice through the use of a dropdown menu to the side. You can still have a default (which is the only option) but also have a few others that you could select, i.e. one that says payment has been received/paid, one that says payment is needed, one that notes an order is ready or shipped (to indicate the different delivery methods a business uses), etc.

  6. OPTION TO SEND INVOICE UPON RECEIVING PAYMENT

    It would be very helpful to be able to send an invoice to a customer upon receiving payment. QB used to direct you back to the invoice after accepting a payment and now it does not which adds substantial time to go back, find invoice and send it after receiving a payment. This would be very convenient to assure invoices are sent to customers at an appropriate time.

  15. Add late fee calculation option on to statement.

    It would be helpful to have a feature in the balance forward statement to be able to add a late fee calculation feature that makes the late fee a percentage of the amount passed due.

  16. For intuit to actually work! Every time I try to pay an invoice for Reed Ewing photography I have to try like 15 times. Terrible!

    For intuit to actually work so I can pay people for their service. I’m sure this hurts their receivables when people can’t pay!

  20. Can’t view invoice it just keeps buffering/spinning . This need to be fixed.
