Access Customer info from Invoice
You should be able to access customer info to edit from within the invoice page. It is cumbersome to have to go back into the customer page once you are already within an invoice. There should be a clickable link to edit to customer or have the customer info on the side of the page like it is in desktop.

since you don't allow scheduling of payments you should provide the ability to pay by ACH transfer initiated from my end. In addition this allows me to not have to share details with you, an entity with whom I have no relationship.

OPTION TO SEND INVOICE UPON RECEIVING PAYMENT
It would be very helpful to be able to send an invoice to a customer upon receiving payment. QB used to direct you back to the invoice after accepting a payment and now it does not which adds substantial time to go back, find invoice and send it after receiving a payment. This would be very convenient to assure invoices are sent to customers at an appropriate time.

Make a proper portal for large payments. I’m not jazzed at paying a bill through EMAIL. Not safe at all.
To “set up” payments over $500. shouldn’t be expected to be done through an EMAIL account.
This is completely new to me. It’s safety is questionable at the very least.
Of course everyone “likes” to use QuickBooks because it’s easy, but to expect tenants or customers to trust this manner of paying bills? Nope... It’s sketchy and there should be a better option.1 vote -
