I tried to pay invoice on line but it only shows me an endless circle going round. I would appreciate a phone number to call.
Please give me a phone number to call to pay my bill. Online all I get is endless circles.

Make it so it works.
It needs to actually work. The green circle just spins and spins and never advances to the payment page. I’ve tried five times over several days, won’t work. Happened a few months ago also.

I use an iPad. I’m able to see the invoice online, but when I go to print it, it prints blank page.
I use an iPad. While I can see the invoice online, when I go to print it for my records, I only get a blank page with url footer. Needs to be fixed.

Prepaid debit card
It won't let me use my One main Financial debit card. I use this card for all of my bills

As many have already stated in reply to this question, include the dates of service and the type of service itself.
As many, including myself, I have already stated, dates of service should be included, as well as the type of service. This is fundamental and it is frustrating to have to describe the needed correction more than once.

Use debit card not bank account.
Use a card instead of a bank draft. I know my card number off the top of my head. Not so much my routing or account number. Have to go look it up every time. Boo.

Deposits capabilities on invoices
Add a feature to allow us to separate single invoices up into 2 50/50 payments for deposits. Or just include a way for invoices to be spilt into in any amount of payments for deposit purposes. Or include a part of the invoice that says deposit and then once that’s paid then it will send out an updated balance but first ask us if any additional services were rendered at the job. If yes we can add items to the final invoice. If not then it’s send the final 50% invoice.

Get Pay Pal
Get set up with Pay Pal, I use them whenever available. I feel they are very secure with my info and so easy to use. Takes less time and fewer interactions with your system!
