Give me a site that lets me pay it...I waste 45 minutes everytime I come to pay it. Get a better site PLEASE..I STILL can't pay my invoice
It doesn't work...I try & try & my account is past due bcuz it is user UNfriendly. U get constant ERROR Messages saying try again later..& my favorite is sign up so it's faster...HAHAHA...I HATE this site, & if I COULD pay my bill I would!!!

I do not like having to use my bank account information. I would much orefer to use a credit card.

Auto pay
Payment is automatically deducted from either credit or debit cards, or from bank transfer as determined by customer. Monthly invoice is emailed to customers to confirm the automatic payment.

make paypal a selection option on the pay invoice page.

Show the invoice and contact info before ways you pay. Let the customers know what they are being asked to pay for. Hate the way it appears.

Filter the For Review section of Banking
The For Review section only allows to filter by Date. The Register filter adds allows to filter by typing in Memo, reference number, amount, < amount, > amount, etc
Make the For Review section also able to filter by those

Show service notes. My pool guy says he makes service notes other than the list of services performed and doesn’t know why they don’t show.
