Multiple A/R accounts available for invoice
Instead of the default setting when setting up on invoice which is Accounts Receivable (A/R). QB should allow more customization to allocate different (A/R) accounts for business that have more sophisticated accounting.

Credit card fee
As small businesses we can’t keep up with all the credit card fees so we turn the pay with credit card option off. I’m sure I speak for a lot of business if QuickBooks was to charge the fee directly to the client if they selected to pay with credit card then we would all have our pay with credit card option on since the fees would no longer fall on us. The invoice
They layout of the invoice when pulled up on my phone was a mess. No columns,$ signs. Confusing on the amount to be paid. Not sure if your program or person entering? Terrible. I called the business where generated from.

Add company name and mailing address so that I may forward to my bill paying service for payment
Bank Trust Management pays all bills that are forwarded to them. As of today they do not offer electronic billmforwarding.

The Notes line on the Modern Invoice does not have enough characters to list full invoice details.

Allow payroll to add delete withholding easily

Just make it work
Tried to pay 3 times using 2 different bank accounts and it failed every time. I ended up paying using Zelle instead. Took 2 mins.
If you offered ApplePay it could have been done in even less time. But you don’t.
You even make giving you this feedback tedious and time-consuming by forcing account creation with a different account vs. quickbooks. Right on-brand.

Doing the job your insanely charging for
Accurately charging for work done instead of for your mistakes of sending 3 workers with the wrong parts and then all of your crew standing there with their hands in their pockets absolutely insane you think 1256.00 is reasonable for such. Lying on invoice saying you shut water off at the street when it was off by the road manager and my worker hours before anyone from your crew arrived on site !
