When switching between credit and debit card types, don't erase the data I've filled into the form.
The payment page comes up as a debit card by default. Often, I miss this and want to choose credit but have already filled in the card details. Switching to credit causes the form to be cleared. Please don't do this, keep the data I've entered.

Payment by echeck is safe and convenient. Why would you punish people paying their bill on time ?
Paying by check or cash is not only inconvenient it is a huge step backwards!!! I seldom make it to the post office let alone the 42 miles round trip to your office. Please reconsider charging me extra for paying my bill on time every time.

You have an option to schedule a payment, but it won't allow you to select a date other than the current day... please fix immediately.

I’m wasting airline miles by using my debit card I hate paying with my debit card
$720 monthly payment is a lot of airline miles I could pay with that card and then pay it out of my own personal account I don’t like being forced to pay with things that have no results or pay back fees or cash back please strictly waste of money strictly coming out of a routing number

Invoice number vs account number
When trying to make a payment online, it asks for an account number, however the invoice only references an invoice number. This should be clarified. Are they the same or should the invoice also include an account number?

Make payment links actually useable / error-free
(1) Actually have QBD payment links work without any errors. (Maybe just tell us the service is PERMANENTLY unavailable instead of giving both vendors and customers false hope.)
(2) Have QBD payment status link useable without any errors.
(3) Have customer service actually work to fix the problem, instead of wasting hours and months, instead just further ignoring the issue.
(4) Just tell your QB payments customers to go find a 3rd party payment processing service instead, as Intuit/QB will NEVER fix this!!1 vote -

Print entire field contents for "Card Number" & "Name on Card" fields.
When I print out the payment screen, the "Card Number" and "Name on Card" fields contents are cut off. Could you please expand the printed field boxes width to display all data so that the entire field contents will print?
