  3. Unable to access intuit to pay bill. On hold for chat in excess of 15 minutes. Then dumped.

    No benefit for chat service if no one answers. In queue on chat ACD for 20 minutes -- number 1. THEN dumped. Provide more chat agents or provide telephone number for direct contact. Until now have been able to pay online. Now cannot even access intuit without getting message that "an unexpected error occurred".

    I clicked on the link that I received in an email which said review and pay, after opening the page I see a green wheel spinning....

  8. Allow us to nickname the credit cards so we can easily identify which payment method when using more than one card

    Nickname payment methods. Some people like myself use different cards for different vendors. It would be easier to identify which payment method to use if there was a Nickname other than dragging out all the cards to check to to see if the default last payment card is the one you want to use for the current invoice.

  10. Check your qoutes

    Here is a novel idea, check YOUR quotes before you give them to a customer. Don’t wait til the job is 90% complete and come back and say “ oh I messed up on the quote I need to add more to it”
