    Have been unable to pay on internet. After hitting pay invoice, blue line at top only goes part way, then stops.

    I was told when after I made the first payment that I could make subsequent payments with debit/ credit card. I don’t see that option

    The merchant I am trying to pay says he did enable credit card payment option but your system does not allow me to go so

    It is difficult to pay my bill on-line. I have been paying it on-line, but the last two bills prevents me from paying.
