What happened to credit card payment method I always used before?

Ive always used my credit/debit card, why change this method of payment without warning or explanation. Super inconvenient. Ill figure out another way to make a payment before i give my bank account information. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of transparency in this new (un)offering.

It is impossible to make the payment from Germany.
Credit card and German bank account are refused.

The merchant needs to get with the times. Most businesses accept credit card payment. They did a great job but because of this fact I won’t be using them again
