Cutting schedule
I get paid on the 1st of the month and on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. I need you to adjust my yard cutting schedule to, or close to, those dates. Then it won't take me so long to pay you. Thank you, Lark Collins

Just make it work
Tried to pay 3 times using 2 different bank accounts and it failed every time. I ended up paying using Zelle instead. Took 2 mins.
If you offered ApplePay it could have been done in even less time. But you don’t.
You even make giving you this feedback tedious and time-consuming by forcing account creation with a different account vs. quickbooks. Right on-brand.

Doing the job your insanely charging for
Accurately charging for work done instead of for your mistakes of sending 3 workers with the wrong parts and then all of your crew standing there with their hands in their pockets absolutely insane you think 1256.00 is reasonable for such. Lying on invoice saying you shut water off at the street when it was off by the road manager and my worker hours before anyone from your crew arrived on site !

Instead of going to the web, have the monthly payment pull up the QuickBooks app itself and pay with fingerprint or other standard login so that it doesn't get rejected like it did today on my Android device with latest version of Chrome, where it did not open the app but instead tried to do it through the browser unsuccessfully.

Allow making the invoice as paid using other means
Allow me to mark the invoice as paid using other means (such as check, wire, eft, PayPal etc.) and also provide payment method details and reference.

We need to be able to add a cc email in the Name and Contact info
We just switched from desktop. We need to be able to add a cc email in the Name and Contact info. Then when we send an invoice it automatically emails both the email and cc email when we send the invoice. This feature was available with the desktop version

Accept credit cards
Not allowing clients to pay by card is not good. Asking them for a personal checking account info with all the fraud and hacking that occurs is concerning.

Customer Statements - Bulk Action
I have had this happen so many times, I go to customers, select all, batch actions, create statements and for some reason it does not send statements out to all customers.

Fix the app; sales tax is all screwed up, can't create an invoice and can't bill. Virtually cripple in the field. Has been
FIX THE APP. We run a plumbing contracting business, sometimes have 4-5 jobs per day. Now after working all day in the field, my husband has to come home and spend hours invoicing that should've been done in the field. AND we have to wait to get paid when he should've been paid with the customer in front of him. MAJOR inconvenience and shld not be with a big fat online tech giant. This is not the first time we've had problems. He often is told by tech support to deinstall the app, then reinstall which usually works but why…

Make receipts available after payment.
I miss clicked onto invoice and when I return to previous page the receipt is nowhere to be found. This makes it frustrating because I like to keep track of all my payments.
