I would make it easi
I would make it easier if we got an invoice once a month. It seems for a while now I've been getting an invoice every other month with the previous month showing as a balance forward.

I wanted to give 20% tip and didn't know it would show up as $20 (couldn't put anything besides a # so I thought it would be %). This is terrible!
