  2. Apple Products

    It seems that the problem of the page not loading occurred after an Apple product update. Are your products keeping up with their technology? Prior to said update , I was able to pay my bill by using Apple Pay.

  6. Show that you Know a User's Identity!

    When a user who receives an invoice logs in with their Intuit ID, show that you know who they are!!! Provide links to basic account details, etc.
    Also: When a user clicks on a "Pay Now" button -- do something!!!
    I've never found "Pay via invoice" so cryptic. I don't trust it!
