I had to try 5 times to get my phone number to be valid.
I used my 10-digit number, with and without your pre entered +1 and kept getting invalid phone as soon as I typed 408 area code1 vote -

I would like to see
I would like to see the product or service and service date without having to click into the invoice. It is too many steps to pay for a service that repeats. I would desperately like to see the other payments I've made to the same merchant easily, to avoid repeat payments for the same service as well.

I paid using my bank
I paid using my bank account (no debit or credit card) and the amount did not change. I was charged the 3% and did not receive the discount.

There was no place for me to deduct the 3.5% fee if you pay by credit card. I paid by checking account
