It would be wonderful if you could add an option to pay with a checking account or e check as most of the clients, we purchase furniture for do not have credit or debit cards.

I had a credit after
I had a credit after the first payment, (rounded up down payment to next hundred), credit was not attributed to final bill. I paid final bill using the credit but quick books receipt shows a remaining balance of the credit amount.

If you can just let
If you can just let me know my credit card didn't go through, it is likely I have a new one and can easily pay the bill. No need to continue to email me day after day after day.

The whole process sucks - last time I had to login with 3 different steps, this time I have to enter bank info and nothing else - invalid phone number but it's right and the issues of the payment working when information is invalid or missing

Time is money - save me time. I’d rather pay you once, after u arrive, perform the service you’re asking to be paid for, plus charge me for whatever other service(s) were performed that same day. I only have to take the time out ONCE to pay you, after services have been rendered. Save my time. Save money.

Paying with a credit card should be one of the options to select from.

given the drastic in
given the drastic increases in pricing year over year, a much more detail invoice is required so that business can determine how and why prices are changing. I would envision a detailed invoice that shows the cost breakdown by tax form prepared.

I had no idea there was a $25 fee. I would have mailed a check instead. That is outrageous.

Allow credit cards... I really don't like giving out my checking account information to any company where it could be hacked and drained.
