  4. Hold the information so I don’t have to get the checkbook out each time

    Keep the info for monthly bills so that it can be paid automatically otherwise we have to keep getting our checkbooks to get that number

  7. Send me a text with a pay now option

    I receive texts from other companies when an invoice is due, along with a pay now option & confirmation of payment- this makes the paying process simple & convenient

  16. When an Affiliate asks what he's getting for the money paid, answer him

    On July 17, 2020, I asked what advantage there was in being an Affiliate (what does an Affiliate get in return from NEIAOR other than having to pay for doing aLunch and Learn; etc) and there was no response. We should be given at least a thank you!
