  1. I’m in Australia we don’t have 5 digit zip codes - we have 4 digit post codes

  6. Take credit card it’s easier to close than a checking account if someone gets the information.

    And transaction fees according to Visa and Master cards can’t be passed on to customers, but it happens a lot because people don’t know. I worked for a bank as VP and the merchant business was one of my departments. Most times it’s the mom and pop stores who cannot meet the number of transaction forecasted in billing system so they just past it on to customers because they don’t know.

  8. Actually show me the detail when I click on it instead of timing out.

    make it so it actually works. at least 3 out of 4 times when I click to see/download details, all i get is a spinning wheel forever. this has been going on for more than a year. jeez folks, it doesn't get more basic than that.

  9. I can sign in to review my invoice but I only get a revolving circle which means I can't pay my invoice. Why? Every other month it works fin
