The interface is clunky and a LARGE PITA to use.
Why do I have to login before I open my invoice to pay it?
I have an account with a username, password, and MFA on it.
When I cllick on the link it should prompt me to login NOT prompt me to enter a cc number I already have saved.
I have to first login then go back to the invoice and open the invoice. This is STUPID and a WASTE of time. Why anyone would use this service is beyond me. You people SUCK!!1 vote -

I selected a payment
I selected a payment method and now your website insists on making select that same payment method each time I pay. STOP FORCING ME TO CLICK ON YOUR SITE WHEN I ALREADY CHOSE A PAYMENT METHOD!

Paid with checking to avoid cc fee. Receipt shows partially paid. Would be better if when you choose banking account the invoice doesn't show the cc fee.
