When I tried to open
When I tried to open the downloaded receipt I got an error message saying "Adobe Acrobat could not open "Receipt 0620(1).pdf)" because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged...."
Please fix that. I don't have any problems downloading other documents.

An added convenience
An added convenience fee is usually a couple of dollars. You should note that it is 25.00 prior to paying, it only said 'for a convenience fee'. Once again, QB fees are way out of line!

What is CONVENIENCE
What is CONVENIENCE FEE?????. I paid an invoice when I accepted the payment at no point did INTUIT tell me they were going to charge me a convenience fee. I agreed to make the payment, and to my surprise, I had to pay $25 to make the payment via ACH. Why doesn't it ask before accepting the payment? They're also going to charge my vendor a fee for receiving payment via ACH. What's this?

Signing in to Intuit
Signing in to Intuit Quickbooks is too difficult. No information is available on how to change the date on an automatic payment.
