Joe or Trey , I need to know what this charge is for , like need a written explanation of the service done for me .
Your collecting payment system is very confusing to me, one day I receive an email with an amount to pay you , another day I received a text from 683-13 to pay my bill but didn’t say how much or what is for ? I wanted to schedule
I wanted to schedule the payment but it went immediately. I thought scheduling was an option so was surprised when it happened. To be honest, it didn't say otherwise, but I swear scheduling was an option the last time I paid this bill.

I created an acct in
I created an acct in Intuit to pay direct from bank. It failed to do this unless I added my credit card info. This is confusing. It feels like I will be paying twice per month.

It looks like since I just signed up to Intuit for auto pay that they - "Intuit" will charge $23.33 Point of information! The amount varies every month so $23.33 isn't the monthly amount!
