I find it easy for m
I find it easy for me, but I’m a tech geek. And I’ve been one for 42 years. So I can figure out most anything, but the website is clunky and sometimes you have to dig a little to find what you want. I’m still here because I’m trying to find the receipt for a payment I made because I accidentally closed the page. I still can’t find it. 10 minutes later. That’s annoying.

Send the invoice to my email in addition to the receipt / confirmation. I track expenses in my email, and having to download the invoice makes that a lot harder.

Payment was due on t
Payment was due on the May 28th but I did not receive an invoice. The first invoice I received was a Payment Overdue notice on June 2nd. You need to be more prompt on sending out invoices.

Your collecting payment system is very confusing to me, one day I receive an email with an amount to pay you , another day I received a text from 683-13 to pay my bill but didn’t say how much or what is for ? Another day I texted with Trey that’s another phone number 314 882-7919, I sent him a check $192.00 he said he got it , then I got another V.M .…1 vote -
I wanted to schedule
I wanted to schedule the payment but it went immediately. I thought scheduling was an option so was surprised when it happened. To be honest, it didn't say otherwise, but I swear scheduling was an option the last time I paid this bill.
