I need the service dates on the Paid receipts to submit to my fsa for reimbursment. The way it's set up, I have to send them double the paperwork (invoice + receipt) and this all takes twice as long). Points for ease of use, though :)

You should say upfro
You should say upfront that there’s a $25 convenience fee. It looks a little deceptive to not see that $25 until you see a receipt. I would have paid by check rather than pay you $25. Bad business form.

Stop charging me a convenience fee, I was not notified of, for providing you the convenience of not having to pay somone to manually log my check, take the check to the bank to cash it. This is a customer ripoff tactic. It is not for my convenience but for you to save money to have someone do the work. From now on I will pay with a snail mail check to you. You pay the person to handle loging it and cashing it.
