I've tried a considerate number of times of setting up autopay, and it never works! It always comes up with the wrong date. I've been trying for the 15th of the month and it never comes out. Even when it says auto pay, it either says the wrong date which always makes me overdraft in the bank or it doesn't come out at all even though it says auto pay is enrolled. This is ridiculous, people don't usually help me because I'm not the customer of QuickBooks I am the customer of a company that uses QuickBooks. And they have trouble getting things straight because they always have problems as well. I've used Intuit for taxes but I won't anymore because I can't understand why there's so many problems.
