2. Payment options won’t load

   The green circle just spins and spins. Nothing ever loads to move forward with payment. I’ve been trying to pay and invoice for weeks now! I’m sure the merchant is not happy with this service.

3. It won’t quit spinning, I’m unable to make the payment.

15. Add late fee calculation option on to statement.

    It would be helpful to have a feature in the balance forward statement to be able to add a late fee calculation feature that makes the late fee a percentage of the amount passed due.
