  16. I paid this invoice

    I paid this invoice just fine using my cell. Then I tried to send a tip to this same person/business as a tip. I've spent 15 mins trying to figure out how to do that. This person, their business, and their phone number are not identified by Venmo. How can this be? I just paid an invoice from these folks. But I can't send them anything else because Venmo can't find them??

    I would like to see a way to request past history of payments each time I pay - perhaps the past 3-6 as I pay for the same service ~ every 3 -4 weeks and often do not realize I have missed making the previous payment. Thanks!
