I paid this invoice just fine using my cell. Then I tried to send a tip to this same person/business as a tip. I've spent 15 mins trying to figure out how to do that. This person, their business, and their phone number are not identified by Venmo. How can this be? I just paid an invoice from these folks. But I can't send them anything else because Venmo can't find them??
