    I was supposed to deduct the credit card fee from the payment because I am paying by bank check. Why did the full bill get charged to my bank account? I had no chance to enter $503.98 as the CORRECT amount.

  19. One problem is the o

    One problem is the one time code that is sent to the same platform as the invoice. I.E., the invoice on a mail platform and quickbooks sends the code to the mail platform. I had to use a different device to get the code and that's a hassle. If you invoice on mail you need to send code to SMS/txt.
