I had two invoices t
I had two invoices to pay. One allowed me to select the payment date and the other did not have that option. The only reason to use this service is if I can choose the payment date every time.

How could you not pr
How could you not provide an alpha-numerical option for Canadian postal codes? Instead, you force a numerical entry which cannot accommodate Canada. Other option is to not require that code for Canadians, in other words bypass that field. It took me half an hour to attempt to rectify the situation, at which point I gave an American postal code belonging to a friend.

When paying my invoice with a credit card, the default option is to have my CC information saved. This is wrong. One should have to opt-in to this.

The call me instead
The call me instead was not a good experience. Tried three times and finally had to do text me the code instead. Automated voice went so fast I didn't get a chance to hear all they were saying.

Don't like direct wi
Don't like direct withdraws from checking account using routing and account nos. Opens fraud possibilities vs. credit cards.
