Why is there no authentication when paying by ACH? What is preventing unauthorized payments using this platform for anyone who has access to routing and account number?

I can’t save payment
I can’t save payment info because my email is associated with an Intuit account. My email is linked to an Intuit account because I am trying to pay my bookkeeping service their payment. They setup my books and I use the same email for my business and to pay the bookkeeper. Not being able to save my payment info because of using the same email is lame. Is there a remedy or is this yet another reason to hate QB?

There is no way to p
There is no way to pay opnline. You should not put this message on invoices when the merchant is unable to accept payments through QB because of QB. It is a confusing and unprofessional message from QBO to the customer and makes the business look bad.

your courier in Mexico is terrible and has a bad customer service. its now the second time my shipment has been send back and this as a regular customer. They phoned me when I was in the shower and when I was unable to pick up the phone. I got back to the delivery guy 10 min later.
