I use an iPad. I’m able to see the invoice online, but when I go to print it, it prints blank page.
I use an iPad. While I can see the invoice online, when I go to print it for my records, I only get a blank page with url footer. Needs to be fixed.

How can i save my debit card info when paying invoices , so i dont have to enter it on each invoice i pay

Require a signature when using email invoices. This will cut down on chargebacks
Require card holder to sign before submitting the card for approval.

Make a proper portal for large payments. I’m not jazzed at paying a bill through EMAIL. Not safe at all.
To “set up” payments over $500. shouldn’t be expected to be done through an EMAIL account.
This is completely new to me. It’s safety is questionable at the very least.
Of course everyone “likes” to use QuickBooks because it’s easy, but to expect tenants or customers to trust this manner of paying bills? Nope... It’s sketchy and there should be a better option.1 vote -

Make it easier to pay using your overseas bank account, by asking for the international bank account details.

Make "Change Payment Amount Field" More Visible!!!
Make the pencil dark to edit the amount. On my phone, I wasn't aware that you could edit the amount. Or put an option to edit the amount in words.

Deposits capabilities on invoices
Add a feature to allow us to separate single invoices up into 2 50/50 payments for deposits. Or just include a way for invoices to be spilt into in any amount of payments for deposit purposes. Or include a part of the invoice that says deposit and then once that’s paid then it will send out an updated balance but first ask us if any additional services were rendered at the job. If yes we can add items to the final invoice. If not then it’s send the final 50% invoice.

To be able to make a partial payment on an invoice.
A customer may not be able to pay the entire bill but can make a partial payment and will if allowed. Otherwise the vendor will receive no payment

Allow for unusual legal names. Had to try variations before accepting.
My legal name has an apostrophe in it and isn't accepted in the payment process.

Give us a choice to pay a greater amount if needed.
I owe more than one payment, and, I can't pay two whole payments at one time. I can pay over the amount, which could go towards my balance. That would really make it easier to catch up on what I owe.

Would be nice to be able to change the font and font size when printing checks.
