I had previously paid this bill to this vendor on August 11 and no place on your side did it indicate that there would be a 3.5% service fee. After paying, I was informed of the fee and requested that the merchant reverse the charge and that I would then pay by check instead of credit card per my request they did this and then I was charged another 3.5% service fee, I think for transparency reasons it should indicate on your site that this fee exists. It was not the merchant’s fault and I am now very unhappy. This was a very expensive mistake.
