I would love to be able to schedule this payment closer to the due date. I pay bills at the first of the month. When I put off paying the bill, I sometimes forget and I pay this bill later than the due date. If I could schedule it when I am paying my other bills, then I would always be on time.

You lowered the igniter cost to $60 from $150…. -$90. But the bill only went down from $315 to $255.. -$60???? Makes no sense. Maybe you shouldn’t over charge customers in the first place.
