I was on hold for 1
I was on hold for 1 hour and 16 minutes trying to resolve auto payments. The call was concluded with no resolution. I simply want to assure that my autopay is set up for a particular date, Quickbooks can’t help me, the merchant can’t help me, & according to Quickbooks agent Benjamin, I’m unable to view or make changes to my autopay myself. My interaction was so disheartening and unprofessional. Apparently Benjamin is just getting into work & I had to wait for him to situate himself for 10minutes after I’ve already been on hold for well over an hour.
