Again, I have to pay
Again, I have to pay a late fee because the Autopay didn't work! Please fix this as the payee will not take a bill pay from my bank. The bank that has never dropped a payment in 30 years!

Now you are telling me you can't save my debit card information for payment because my email is already linked to an Intuit account (for this vendor, by the way). Why didn't my payment automatically proceed to the Intuit account from the information you had me input in the vendor's bill program?

Payments are very sl
Payments are very slow to process. Partial payments cannot be scheduled and partial payment amounts do not update on the Payer's end. Payee did not send updated invoices in a timely way and it's making account fall behind. Not happy with the system or with Payees customer service.
