3. Fix broken links in your page! Been trying to pay a bill for two days and the page just hangs.

   Like many who already posted, I too am unable to pay my lawn care service bill because the “pay bill” green button link is broken. Please fix this so I can pay my lawn care service company.

13. You could start by making the process actually work.

    I get Quickbooks invoices a few times a year, and I have literally never, ever been able to complete the process of paying one. The page absolutely always fails to load, no matter whether I’m on my iPhone, iPad, home computer (a Mac), or my work computer (a Windows machine on a different network. It is ridiculous.
