  12. Go directly to website, sign in and pay

    Instead of searching for email that you sent I would like to be able to just go to your site and log in and pay. Also it would be nice to be able to use my bank acct number instead of a debit card because it never changes and my card occasionally does.

  18. Fix broken links in your page! Been trying to pay a bill for two days and the page just hangs.

    Like many who already posted, I too am unable to pay my lawn care service bill because the “pay bill” green button link is broken. Please fix this so I can pay my lawn care service company.
