Have a history of the invoices that I have paid through QuickBooks
I have just started to get invoices from companies through QuickBooks. I created an account for easier use. However, there is not a place where I can see the invoices that I have paid through QuickBooks.

Since service did not start on schedule, partial deductions should be automatic. Partial service=partial payment

debit or credit
Checks are archaic, no one uses them anymore. I certainly don't and had to visit my local bank to get my full account number to pay this invoice. It was a real annoyance and even though the company did a good job having to pay online with a bank draft is a deterrent to using this service again. At the very least allow customers to set up an account that saves their information

Your receipt includes no date paid. This makes it qualify as nearly useless as a receipt.
Include the date paid.

Allow custom name for account
I don't remember my account numbers and which banks they belong to. Please let me add a custom name for that account.

Tip amount
My invoice comes for my lawn care service and when they do an excellent job it would be nice to be able to reward them with a tip spot on the invoice. So as the price wouldn’t be forcefully increased if they just do a normal cut, but when they go above and beyond like with edging and such a tip would be perfect.

Prompt for routing number and account number
When I copy and paste the account details - it is not clear why you disallow paste on the confirmation and make me type it in manually -
( you probably think it is a secondary validation - but not in the case where I copy and paste valid details in the first place - I think manual retype is a frustrating and error prone waste of time )1 vote -
paypal and authentication
I don't like to share my account information online if it can be avoided. QuickBooks should be more sensitive to that than most, since you handle a lot of online financial transactions! I hate the idea of entering my check account information and not having it authenticated—anyone I've ever paid with a check could just go spend my money! I also don't like having to take the time to go find my checkbook every time I want to pay something. Almost everyone else lets me use PayPal, which is much more secure and much more convenient. I don't know why…

Memo or Note area with payment
Allow for a field where the payee can enter a note for the person/company being paid. For example, if a regular, predictable service was provided but not billed by the time of a bill payment, the payee could note that this included additional payment. The payee could also reference what the payment was for even if it was not different from the amount billed. The memo field could also appear on the pdf receipt.

You can't! But you could take our cc info over the phone. My card has been compromised using systems like this one.
Call our shop.... get paid. Easy!
